Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy a digital resource from TopBand. Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].

1. Who we are

TopBand is an independent revision service based in England. Email: [email protected].

2. What you are buying

Our knowledge organisers, guides and exam packs are digital files (PDFs). Each product page describes what is included and shows a preview. The free quizzes on this website need no purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken at checkout by our shop provider, Payhip, using Stripe or PayPal. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and offer a refund before the files are used.

4. Delivery

You receive a download link straight away on screen and by email. If a link does not arrive or does not work, email us and we will send the files again.

5. Your right to cancel

For digital content, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. At checkout we will ask you to agree that your download can start straight away and to confirm that you understand you then lose the right to cancel, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allow. If you have not yet downloaded the files, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

6. If something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a file is faulty, will not open, or contains a factual error, tell us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.

7. How you can use the files

The content and design remain the copyright of TopBand.

8. Exam boards and results

Our resources are independent. They are not produced or endorsed by Pearson Edexcel, AQA or any other exam board. We check our content carefully against the current specification, but always check your board’s latest specification. We cannot guarantee any particular grade.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Complaints and the law

If you have a complaint, email [email protected] and we will reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
